Who is it for?
All businesses that are applying for funds from banks, Invest NI, other Government Agencies or business owners that want clarity on how to run their business profitability.
How does it work?
We carry out an assessment of your business performance over the last 2 years including sales, debts, profit, costs and return on investment. We then compile and present a list of options available to you to improve the performance of the business. From that, decisions can be made as to what is the best strategic way forward.
Working with the owner/manager, we draft a 2 or 3 year written Business Plan that will include:
- planned marketing activities
- staffing requirements
- sales and profit projections
- production needs
- cashflow forecasts.

The cost is dependent upon the scale of the research required. We provide you with a free quotation which is agreed before any work starts
